For reservations for more than 10 guests, a deposit of 50% of the menu price per person will be requested to confirm the reservation. If there is anything you want to tell us about your visit, this is the place. For example, if you are coming with children, or to celebrate a special occasion, of if you have a specific request or any other information that you consider relevant.

Cancellation policy: we ask that if you are unable to attend, you cancel your reservation at least 8 days in advance. Cancellations notified 7 days to 48 hours beforehand will incur an additional charge of €100 per guest. If the notification takes place less than 48 hours beforehand or you fail to attend, the charge will be €150 per person.

During creativity period, from January 13th to March 1st, Mugaritz is close to the public.
Telephone attention from 10:00 h to 18:00 h from Monday to Friday.

Experience starting hours:
Lunch: from 12:30 h to 13:00 h
Dinner: from 20:00 h to 20:30 h

Closed weekly on: Sundays and Mondays all day.

We are located at a rural area 20 minutes from San Sebastian and from the airport. There is an aromatic herb garden containing more than a hundred varieties.
